Conceived as a space for expression in its own right, it extends the dialogue between image, music and hospitality.

PRINT's restaurant is run by Alexis Bijaoui, whose cuisine
Instinctive cuisine is naturally part of the project's DNA. A seasonal, technical, and constantly evolving cuisine, structured like a rhythm. The restaurant will be open from Thursday to Sunday evenings, as well as Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes, and will operate as a bistronomic establishment, evolving throughout the three months.

PRINT was conceived as a space for movement and encounters. This philosophy is fully reflected in the culinary program, through a series of four-hands dinners, designed as moments of sharing and experimentation.
