Instinctive cuisine is naturally part of the project's DNA. A seasonal, technical, and constantly evolving cuisine, structured like a rhythm. The restaurant will be open from Thursday to Sunday evenings, as well as Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes, and will operate as a bistronomic establishment, evolving throughout the three months.
PRINT was conceived as a space for movement and encounters. This philosophy is fully reflected in the culinary program, through a series of four-hands dinners, designed as moments of sharing and experimentation.
